Since the start of unions, people asked "Why join a union?" The answer is a simple one - we join because there is strength in numbers. When people stand together, it makes it hard for the companies we work for to defeat us. Each of us are a part of the whole and that is why our employers try to divide and separate us. Think of yourself as a brick in a wall and that Solidarity is the cement that holds us together. Remember the saying "United we stand, divided we fall." If you help your union, you will be helping yourself. So, help us organize the un-organized!
